We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Orile Restaurant and Bar is seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Production Audit Accountant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of product performance, and the ability to forecast trends across cocktails, food, and beverages.
• This role is critical in ensuring accountability, efficiency, and profitability across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze product performance across cocktails, food, and beverages.
• Prepare accurate forecasts on product demand, consumption, and profitability.
• Conduct daily and periodic inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and prevent losses.
• Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost‑effective and timely supply of goods.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to track usage, wastage, and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records for financial accountability and operational transparency.
• Provide management with reports on product efficiency, losses, and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 2-6 year experience.
• Proven experience in auditing, inventory management, procurement, or hospitality finance.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
