Job Description:

• Conduct internal audits across sales, distribution, warehouses, depots, and branches to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review sales operations including van sales, distributors, route controls, pricing, discounts, and promotional schemes.
• Audit inventory management processes, including stock counts, expiry management, damages, and shrinkage control.
• Verify cash collections, credit management, debtor balances, and adherence to cash-handling procedures.
• Evaluate internal controls over procurement, production, logistics, and distribution processes.
• Identify operational risks, revenue leakage, fraud indicators, and control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, root causes, and practical recommendations.
• Follow up on audit issues to ensure timely implementation of agreed corrective actions.
• Support external auditors during statutory and regulatory audits.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Review usage of ERP/sales systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct special investigations as requested by management.
