Job Description:
- Required to perform the duties assigned by the Company and report to the Procurement Manager of the Company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Track and schedule all materials, equipment, and personnel purchase orders.
- Open new account when needed.
- Track inventory levels and manage purchasing activities.
- Develop and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Review supplier’s proposals and invoices.
- Discuss and analyses material and equipment need with architects and engineers.
- Attend Vendor meetings if required.
- Understand spare parts local market & OEM market.
- Supplier management.
- Coordinate with staff, operations, and outside agencies to ensure materials, equipment, and services are available when needed.
- Knowledge about NAFDAC, PAAR, SONCAP, Form M & Custom clearance.
