Job Description:
Smile360 is seeking a high-performance Practice Manager to serve as the operational leader for our Ikoyi Practice. In this role, you will be the central execution hub, bridging the gap between clinical excellence and premium patient experience. You will be responsible for the seamless coordination of all clinic activities, ensuring that our high standards of hospitality and dental care are met consistently.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned operations professional with a background in premium healthcare or hospitality, possessing the leadership gravitas to drive team accountability, revenue optimization, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Operational Leadership & Efficiency
Daily Coordination: Provide overall leadership for the Ikoyi Practice, ensuring all daily clinic activities and patient-facing operations run without friction.
Bottleneck Resolution: Proactively monitor and resolve operational hurdles that affect patient care, chair utilization, and overall clinic efficiency.
Audit & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to operational policies and regulatory requirements through regular audits and the implementation of corrective actions.
Patient Experience & Service Excellence
Premium Standards: Uphold Smile360’s signature premium patient experience across every touchpoint, from arrival to post-treatment follow-up.
Service Recovery: Support the COPEx Lead in managing patient satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals; oversee the resolution of any complaints or escalations.
Culture Advocacy: Foster a clinic culture rooted in hospitality, professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.
Revenue Optimization & Performance
Growth Collaboration: Partner with the Revenue Growth Manager to enhance treatment conversion rates and overall revenue performance.
Resource Management: Optimize provider schedules and resource utilization to maximize clinic productivity and minimize operational leakage.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed operational performance dashboards, monitoring key KPIs related to revenue, patient flow, and service quality.
Team Management & Coordination
Leadership Oversight: Provide direct supervision and mentorship to the COPEx Lead and Floor Management Coordinator, driving a culture of accountability.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary operational link between Clinical, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT teams to ensure organizational alignment.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a "Kaizen" mindset, using PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles to constantly evolve practice operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in healthcare, hospitality, or service operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Sector Knowledge: Experience in a premium healthcare or high-end service-driven environment is a significant advantage.
Certifications & Skills
Advantage: Relevant certifications in healthcare management, project management, or leadership.
Technical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and KPIs.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, exceptional conflict resolution capabilities, and strong stakeholder management skills.
