We are a leading Oil Exploration and Production Company with active operatorship of prolific blocks and Oil and Gas Assets in the Niger Delta.

As a result of our new expansion and development programmes, we are recruiting experienced, passionate and resourceful candidates to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Support the optimization of well performance, production systems, and field development activities across swamp and shallow offshore assets to maximize recovery and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze well performance and production trends.
• Recommend and implement well interventions (e.g.. stimulations, cleanouts, re-perforations).
• Support production optimization and artificial lift design. Participate in production data management and well test validation.
• Assist in annual field development planning and reserves review.
• Collaborate with operations and reservoir teams on production forecasts.

Requirements:

• B.Sc Degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3 - 6 years production or well performance experience in upstream operations.
• Field experience in swamp or offshore preferred.

Key Skills / Competencies:

• Well performance analysis, nodal analysis, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Prosper, GAP, or similar tools.
• Team player, problem-solver, safety-conscious.
• Can work and deliver quality work with minimum supervisions.
