We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate must reside around Mile 2 – Ago axis or within close proximity for easy commuting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules and appointments
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with documentation and record keeping
- Run official errands when required
- Support coordination of meetings and business activities
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND qualification
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must reside around Mile 2 – Ago axis.
