  • CME & Roundtables: Organize and lead Clinical Meetings and product presentations to enhance brand awareness within medical communities.

2. Territory Development & Trade Marketing

  • Market Access: Ensure consistent product availability across key retail and hospital pharmacies through effective trade marketing and distributor management.

  • Territory Mapping: Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to maximize reach and frequency of visits to high-potential accounts.

  • Stock Management: Monitor distributor stock levels and pharmacy inventories to prevent stock-outs and ensure a seamless supply chain.

3. Market Intelligence & Performance Analytics

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product launches within the assigned territory.

  • Data-Driven Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all field activities and sales data, providing weekly reports on market share growth and productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: PharmD, B. Pharm, or B.Sc. in Life/Health/Biological Sciences.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in ethical pharmaceutical sales.

  • Track Record: A documented history of high performance, productivity, and target achievement in a similar role.

Core Competencies

  • Negotiation & Influence: Ability to build rapport and persuade high-level medical decision-makers.

  • Clinical Literacy: Deep understanding of pharmacological concepts and the ability to discuss complex medical data.

  • Agility: Ability to work independently and manage a large territory with minimal supervision.

Available Locations: Taraba, Gombe, Maiduguri, Sokoto, Benue, Katsina, Kano, Ibadan, Lagos, Ondo, Aba/Owerri, Edo, Delta.
