We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Dental Nurse to anchor the clinical engine of our Lekki-based dental practice. In a specialized healthcare landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the chairside transition and the precision of the sterile field success is defined by "Clinical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize orthodontic assistance with the clinical precision required for Decontamination, Infection Control, and Patient Record Management. This role is designed for a "Care Architect", specifically a registered professional with 3 or more years of experience who can blend "Surgical Grit" (sterilizing instruments and preparing treatment rooms) with the "Empathetic Agility" required to provide patient education and ensure a superior patient experience.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Sterilization Governance
Aseptic Sovereignty: Manage the sterilization and decontamination of instruments with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Infection Control."
Readiness Architecture: Prepare treatment rooms and organize specialized dental tools, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless clinical procedures.
Integrity Stewardship: Adhere strictly to institutional health and safety protocols, ensuring the "Source of Patient Safety" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Orthodontic Logic
Assistant Sovereignty: Provide high-level orthodontic assistance and chairside support, acting as the primary "Source of Dentist-Nurse Synchronicity."
Record Architecture: Manage and update patient records with high precision, providing the "Functional Foundation" for clinical continuity and case history.
Education Stewardship: Guide patients through post-procedure care and oral hygiene, maintaining the "Source of Patient Empowerment."
3. Operational Integrity & Team Power
Experience Sovereignty: Contribute to a positive patient journey through professional communication, acting as the primary "Source of Relational Care."
Workflow Architecture: Collaborate effectively within the dental team to optimize patient throughput, providing the "Relational Foundation" for clinic efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Credential: Must be a Registered Dental Nurse.
