This role is designed for a "Care Architect", specifically a registered professional with 3 or more years of experience who can blend "Surgical Grit" (sterilizing instruments and preparing treatment rooms) with the "Empathetic Agility" required to provide patient education and ensure a superior patient experience.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Sterilization Governance
