Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Medical Officer to anchor the clinical engine of our Victoria Island operations. In a specialized healthcare landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of diagnosis and the precision of the treatment plan success is defined by "Clinical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize comprehensive medical care with the clinical precision required for Emergency Response, Case Management, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Clinical Architect" with an MBBS/MBChB and 2–5 years of post-NYSC experience who can blend "Diagnostic Grit" (conducting routine consultations and follow-ups) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Diagnostic Governance

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Provide comprehensive medical care including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Clinical Insight."

• Record Architecture: Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term patient health and data-driven management.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict adherence to professional standards and MDCN regulatory requirements, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Ethics" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Critical Logic

• Emergency Sovereignty: Respond promptly to critical medical situations and assist in emergency care, acting as the primary "Source of Life-Saving Stability."

• Collaboration Architecture: Partner with nurses and specialists to deliver holistic, patient-centered care, providing the "Functional Foundation" for interdisciplinary success.

• Consultation Stewardship: Conduct routine patient consultations and follow-ups, maintaining the "Source of Patient Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Preventive Power

• Education Sovereignty: Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention, acting as the primary "Source of Community Wellness."

• System Architecture: Participate in medical rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits, providing the "Relational Foundation" for continuous clinical improvement.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and clinical reasoning to resolve complex cases in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Patient Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS/MBChB) from a recognized institution.

• Experience: 2 – 5 years of clinical experience (Post-NYSC).

• License: Valid and current license to practice from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).

• Technical Power: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is an added advantage.
