Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Medical Laboratory Scientist to anchor the diagnostic engine of our facility in Enugu. In a specialized clinical landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the result and the precision of the analysis success is defined by "Diagnostic Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize sample collection with the clinical precision required for Pathological Testing, Disease Detection, and Data Reporting. This role is designed for a "Biological Architect" specifically a post-NYSC professional with at least 1 year of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (performing tests using specialized equipment) with the "Operational Agility" required to execute Equipment Maintenance and Safety Protocols.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Diagnostic Governance

• Sovereignty of the Sample: Collect and receive patient samples (blood, urine, tissue) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Pre-Analytical Integrity."

• Testing Architecture: Perform laboratory tests using specialized high-fidelity equipment, providing the "Structural Foundation" for accurate clinical assessments.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain laboratory equipment and hygiene standards, ensuring the "Source of Diagnostic Reliability" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

• Detection Sovereignty: Analyze results to detect diseases or abnormalities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Pathological Truth."
