Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sonographer to anchor the radiology engine of our Badagry branch. In a specialized medical landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the scan and the precision of the image success is defined by "Diagnostic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-quality ultrasound imaging across Abdominal, Obstetric, Gynecological, and Vascular specialties with the clinical precision required for Preliminary Reporting and Equipment Calibration. This role is designed for an "Imaging Architect", specifically a professional with 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience who can blend "Clinical Grit" (maintaining safety protocols and infection control) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Ultrasound Reporting Systems and PACS.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Imaging Governance
Sovereignty of the Scan: Perform high-resolution ultrasound scans (Abdominal, Pelvic, Obstetric, Vascular) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Diagnostic Truth."
Technical Architecture: Operate and maintain equipment according to safety standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for high-fidelity imaging results.
Integrity Stewardship: Adhere strictly to infection control and patient confidentiality, ensuring the "Source of Clinical Ethics" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Interpretive Logic
Interpretive Sovereignty: Produce accurate preliminary reports for review by radiologists, acting as the primary "Source of Diagnostic Insight."
Collaboration Architecture: Sync with radiologists and obstetricians for precise diagnosis, providing the "Functional Foundation" for integrated patient care.
Documentation Stewardship: Maintain detailed patient records and scan logs in line with RRBN requirements, maintaining the "Source of Regulatory Compliance."
3. Operational Integrity & Patient Power
Patient Sovereignty: Ensure proper positioning and provide clear procedural explanations, acting as the primary "Source of Patient Comfort."
Systems Architecture: Utilize ultrasound reporting systems and PACS for data management, providing the "Relational Foundation" for digitized healthcare delivery.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of specialized experience to accelerate the "Preparation-to-Report" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Clinical Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc. in Radiography / Sonography or a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound.
Certification: Valid practicing license from the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) and completed NYSC.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
Technical Power: Proficiency in PACS, reporting systems, and a wide range of ultrasound equipment.
