Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to expand our footprint in the Nigerian financial services landscape. In this role, you will be the front-line engine of our growth, identifying opportunities in SME financing, consumer credit, and investment advisory. You will move beyond simple sales to become a financial partner for your clients, helping them navigate funding intermediation and wealth growth. If you are a persuasive communicator with a "Lagos-hustle" mindset and the ability to turn cold leads into loyal customers, this is your platform to excel.
Requirements:
1. Market Outreach & Lead Conversion
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients for our diverse product suite, including SME and consumer financing.
Omnichannel Outreach: Conduct aggressive field visits, leverage referral networks, and utilize digital channels to build a high-volume pipeline.
Onboarding Excellence: Guide prospects through the initial engagement process, ensuring a seamless transition from "Lead" to "Active Customer."
2. Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Partnership Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
Product Education: Serve as an expert on our financial services, providing accurate, benefit-driven information to empower client decision-making.
Feedback Integration: Proactively follow up on inquiries and feedback to improve conversion rates and the overall client experience.
3. Performance & Compliance
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
Reporting Rigor: Submit detailed reports on marketing activities, lead generation progress, and successful conversions.
Ethical Standards: Ensure all outreach complies with company policies and regulatory guidelines, maintaining absolute confidentiality and professional integrity.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience in marketing, sales, or financial services acquisition is a significant advantage.
Location: Must reside in Lagos State and be fully willing to engage in field marketing and client visits.
Core Competencies
Persuasion Mastery: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and close deals.
