This role is designed for an "Operational Architect", specifically a professional with 3 years of experience (including at least 1 year in leadership) who can blend "Systems Grit" (enforcing SOPs and mediating complex conflicts) with the "Strategic Agility" required to translate Corporate Vision into Actionable Departmental Targets.

Qualifications and Skills:
