Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Administrative Officer to anchor the operational engine of our projects across Niger and Plateau States. In a specialized, multi-location landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the logistics-relay and the precision of the documentation-filter success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex office functioning with the clinical precision required for Document Management, Procurement Support, and Stakeholder Coordination. This role is designed for a "Procedural Architect" specifically a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who can blend "Administrative Grit" (managing office systems and facility maintenance) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Staff Onboarding and Audit-Ready Record Keeping.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Operations Governance
Sovereignty of the Office: Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Readiness."
Procedural Architecture: Maintain office systems and filing structures (physical and digital), providing the "Structural Foundation" for document integrity.
Integrity Stewardship: Manage office supplies and vendor relationships, ensuring the "Source of Resource Stability" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Project Logic
Logistics Sovereignty: Coordinate travel and accommodation for field teams across multiple locations, acting as the primary "Source of Mobility Velocity."
Documentation Architecture: Maintain accurate records of contracts and correspondence, providing the "Functional Foundation" for organizational transparency.
Procurement Stewardship: Support vendor sourcing and purchase tracking, maintaining the "Source of Supply Chain Discipline."
3. Operational Integrity & Support Power
Stakeholder Sovereignty: Serve as the liaison for internal and external communications, acting as the primary "Source of Relational Unity."
Financial Architecture: Assist in expense tracking and invoice processing, providing the "Relational Foundation" for basic fiscal health.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BSc/HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3 – 5 years of administrative experience in a structured environment.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong record-keeping and document management skills.
Process IQ: Familiarity with procurement and basic financial documentation; workflow management tools are a plus.
Relocation: Willingness to relocate to project locations in Niger State or Plateau State.
