Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Hotel Receptionist to anchor the front-desk engine of our facility in Lagos. In a specialized hospitality landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the welcome and the precision of the service-relay success is defined by "Guest Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize professional hospitality with the clinical precision required for Check-in/Check-out Procedures, Reservation Management, and Guest Record Integrity. This role is designed for a "Front-Desk Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling guest inquiries and complaints) with the "Operational Agility" required to execute Daily Reporting and Inter-Departmental Communication.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Guest Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Welcome: Attend to guests with high-velocity professionalism, acting as the primary "Source of Brand First Impressions."

  • Procedural Architecture: Handle check-in and check-out protocols with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for room occupancy accuracy.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate guest records and daily activity reports, ensuring the "Source of Operational Data" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Communication Logic

  • Inquiry Sovereignty: Manage reservations and respond to phone/walk-in inquiries, acting as the primary "Source of Booking Conversion."

  • Resolution Architecture: Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary, providing the "Functional Foundation" for conflict resolution.

  • Coordination Stewardship: Facilitate smooth communication between guests and other hotel departments, maintaining the "Source of Service Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power

  • Aesthetic Sovereignty: Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and elite, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Standards."

  • Information Architecture: Utilize basic computer knowledge to manage digital logs and inquiries, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-led hospitality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of SSCE qualification.

  • Technical Power: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital logs.

  • Experience: Previous hotel experience is a significant added advantage.

  • Aptitude: Smart, polite, and exceptionally well-presented.
