Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Lounge Supervisor to anchor the operational engine of our multi-unit facility in Ogba, Lagos. In a specialized hospitality landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the service-relay and the precision of the quality-filter success is defined by "Service Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize the distinct requirements of a restaurant, bar, and car wash with the clinical precision required for Team Leadership, Inventory Governance, and Facility Maintenance. This role is designed for an "Experience Architect" specifically a professional with an HND/BSc and proven supervisory experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (resolving guest issues promptly) with the "Operational Agility" required to execute Multi-Unit Reporting and Compliance.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Operations Governance

• Sovereignty of the Lounge: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and car wash, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Unity."

• Inventory Architecture: Oversee stock levels and general facility management, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted service delivery.

• Integrity Stewardship: Monitor staff performance and ensure strict compliance with company policies, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Conduct" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Quality Logic

• Standard Sovereignty: Maintain high standards of customer service across all units, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Fidelity."

• Maintenance Architecture: Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of the facility, providing the "Functional Foundation" for a premium guest experience.

• Resolution Stewardship: Handle customer complaints and resolve technical or service issues promptly, maintaining the "Source of Relational Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

• Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare and submit accurate operational reports to management, acting as the primary "Source of Performance Insight."

• Leadership Architecture: Guide and mentor team members to ensure maximum efficiency in a fast-paced environment, providing the "Relational Foundation" for team synergy.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Supervisory expertise to accelerate the "Service-to-Delivery" cycle across all three business units, maximizing the "Source of Unit Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND or BSc in any relevant field (Compulsory).

• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a lounge, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.

• Technical Power: Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to manage multiple distinct units effectively.

• Leadership: Excellent team management and stakeholder communication abilities.

• Aptitude: High problem-solving capability and a disciplined approach to work in fast-paced settings.

• Location: Must reside in Ogba, Lagos, or within close proximity.
