Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Management Accountant to anchor our strategic finance division. In a complex and evolving market, success is defined by "Predictive Insight", the ability to translate raw financial data into a roadmap for growth and operational efficiency. This role is designed for a "Financial Strategist" who can blend "Meticulous Budgeting" with the "Analytical Grit" required to identify hidden inefficiencies and engineer more profitable business models.

Your mission is to ensure "Optimal Resource Allocation and Sustained Business Performance." You will be the primary steward of our internal financial intelligence: responsible for variance analysis, cost-optimization projects, and providing the C-suite with the actionable data needed to make high-stakes investment decisions. Requirements:

1. Performance Architecture & Forecasting

• Budgetary Orchestration: Lead the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring financial targets are ambitious yet grounded in reality.

• Profitability Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive profitability analyses across product lines and departments to identify high-margin opportunities and underperforming assets.

• Strategic Modeling: Develop sophisticated financial models to stress-test potential investment decisions and strategic pivots.

2. Cost Governance & Operational Efficiency

• Inefficiency Detection: Monitor and control operational costs, utilizing variance analysis to pinpoint overruns and recommending robust corrective actions.

• Process Synergy: Collaborate directly with department heads to establish performance benchmarks and implement cost-optimization initiatives.

• Operational Insight: Provide management with real-time "Actionable Intelligence" that translates financial trends into operational improvements.

3. Financial Compliance & Technical Excellence

• ERP Stewardship: Leverage ERPNext or similar systems to maintain a high-fidelity "Source of Truth" for all management reporting.

• Reporting Velocity: Prepare clear, high-impact financial reports that simplify complex data for non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience: Proven track record in management accounting, financial analysis, or cost-control environments.

• Professional Path: Active professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CMA) is highly preferred.

• Technical Mastery: Expert-level MS Excel skills; hands-on experience with ERP systems (knowledge of ERPNext is a major advantage).
