Job Description:

Financial Planning & Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts with analysis on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop budgets and forecasts in line with facility management contracts and business objectives.
• Provide variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and highlight areas of concern to management.

Contract & Project Accounting:

• Track revenues and costs associated with facility management contracts, projects, and service agreements.
• Monitor profitability of key contracts (security, cleaning, maintenance, utilities, etc.).
• Support pricing models for new bids and renewals of facility management contracts.

Cost Management & Control:

• Analyze direct and indirect costs across facility operations (diesel, electricity recharge, fleet, repairs, vendors).
• Identify areas of waste, inefficiency, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop cost allocation models for different sites and clients.

Compliance & Internal Controls:

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory requirements, and client contractual terms.
• Support external audits and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Strengthen financial control processes to reduce risk.

Business Partnering:

• Work closely with Operations, Admin, Procurement, and HR to ensure financial alignment with operational activities.
• Provide financial insights to improve service delivery and profitability of facilities.

Systems & Process Improvement:

• Support the implementation of digital tools for expense tracking and reporting.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of work experience.
