Job Description:
Finance Duties:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
- Perform data entry for accounting transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
- Assist with audits and tax documentation.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Manage utility and logistics
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain company records and databases
- Ensure proper document control and filing systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates or NYSC are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
