Job Description:

We are seeking a process-driven Admin / CRM Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our lubricant distribution network in Makurdi and Otukpo. In the industrial and automotive supply sector, growth is fueled by data integrity and seamless fulfillment. This role is designed for a "Systems Architect", a professional with 3–5+ years of experience who can master CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) while leading a high-performance administrative team.

Your mission is to ensure that every liter of oil moved is tracked, every lead is nurtured, and every delivery is documented. You will be responsible for the entire "Order-to-Cash" ecosystem: from administering the CRM and monitoring sales pipelines for engine and hydraulic oils to supervising site administration and analyzing B2B purchasing patterns. If you possess a leadership mindset and the analytical grit to turn raw data into management insights, we want you to lead our Benue operations.

Requirements:

1. CRM Architecture & Pipeline Governance

  • System Administration: Serve as the lead administrator for the company’s CRM, ensuring 100% data accuracy for distributors, retailers, and industrial fleet clients.

  • Pipeline Visibility: Monitor the sales funnel from "Lead" to "Closed-Won," ensuring the sales team maintains rigorous follow-up discipline and opportunity tracking.

  • Workflow Automation: Identify and implement digital tool enhancements to reduce manual entry and improve the speed of sales reporting and customer segmentation.

2. Sales Operations & Fulfillment Coordination

  • Order-to-Delivery Synergy: Act as the central nervous system between the Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure timely product dispatch and service-level compliance.

  • Commercial Documentation: Manage the lifecycle of customer contracts, pricing agreements, and credit terms, ensuring all sales documentation is audit-ready.

  • Market Support: Coordinate the administrative rollout of product launches, promotions, and price updates across the Benue region.

3. Administrative Leadership & Data Analytics

  • Departmental Oversight: Supervise daily administrative functions in Makurdi/Otukpo, ensuring staff accuracy in filing, reporting, and operational procedures.

  • Trend Analysis: Analyze sales data by category (Greases, Industrial Lubricants, etc.) to identify purchasing trends and growth opportunities within specific customer segments.

  • Executive Reporting: Prepare monthly KPI dashboards and sales summaries for senior management, utilizing CRM data to support accurate demand forecasting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3 – 5+ years in Administration or CRM Management. Experience in FMCG, Lubricants, Automotive, or Industrial Supply is highly preferred.

  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Excel (Dashboards and Data Analysis).
