We are seeking a high-caliber, results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our operations in the high-traffic business hubs of Victoria Island and Lagos Island. In these premium locations, operational excellence and elite service delivery are the benchmarks of success. This role is designed for a "Strategic Retail Leader" who can balance the rigor of financial reporting with the diplomacy required for high-level customer relationship management.
Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Friction Operations and Target Achievement." You will be responsible for the entire branch lifecycle: from driving aggressive sales growth and monitoring daily financial performance to overseeing the supply chain and ensuring that every customer interaction meets our luxury standards. Requirements:
1. Revenue Engineering & Financial Stewardship
Sales Growth: Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets in the competitive Lagos Island/VI corridors.
Performance Analytics: Monitor daily sales KPIs and prepare detailed financial reports for management, highlighting growth opportunities and cost-control measures.
Asset Governance: Coordinate the procurement and ordering of supplies, ensuring the branch is always stocked to meet demand without excessive inventory holding.
2. Customer Experience & Brand Advocacy
Service Standards: Enforce a "Total Quality" service delivery model, ensuring every staff-customer interaction reflects the company's premium standards.
Conflict Diplomacy: Act as the final point of escalation for customer complaints, providing swift, professional resolutions that preserve brand reputation.
Retention Initiatives: Implement and oversee customer loyalty and retention programs tailored to the high-net-worth demographics of Victoria Island.
3. Operational Compliance & Team Leadership
Site Inspections: Conduct frequent, rigorous store visits to verify operational compliance, hygiene standards, and aesthetic presentation.
Staff Supervision: Coordinate daily team activities, fostering a culture of accountability, punctuality, and professional excellence.
Supply Chain Management: Oversee the logistics of incoming deliveries, ensuring that the store operations remain uninterrupted and quality-checked.
