We are seeking a high-velocity and financially elite Investment Manager to anchor the liquidity engine of our client Micro-Finance Bank. In the specialized landscape of retail and commercial banking, success is defined by "Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive deposit mobilization with the clinical precision required for Portfolio Management, Deal Structuring, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" with 3–5+ years of experience who can blend "Sales Grit" (sourcing and closing high-value corporate and individual clients) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead and mentor an investment team.

Requirements:

1. Capital Orchestration & Deposit Governance

• Mobilization Sovereignty: Drive investment inflows by sourcing high-value individual and corporate clients with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Liquidity Generation."

• Portfolio Architecture: Oversee client investment portfolios to ensure accuracy and profitability, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term wealth management.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure proper client onboarding and adherence to internal procedures, ensuring the "Source of Statutory Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Leadership Logic

• Team Sovereignty: Lead, supervise, and coordinate the investment team, acting as the primary "Source of Performance Momentum."

• Negotiation Architecture: Support the team in deal structuring and closing complex transactions, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high-ticket acquisition.

• Mentorship Stewardship: Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales strategies, maintaining the "Source of Professional Excellence."

3. Operational Integrity & Growth Power

• Lifecycle Sovereignty: Manage investment rollovers, maturities, and renewals in line with agreed terms, acting as the primary "Source of Client Retention."

• Reporting Architecture: Prepare and analyze periodic reports on inflows and portfolio growth, providing the "Data Foundation" for executive decision-making.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5+ years of sector expertise to resolve client escalations and liquidity requests in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Capital Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 3 – 5+ years in Investment Banking, Deposit Mobilization, or Portfolio Management.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Economics (Master’s Degree is an additional advantage).

• Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and advanced business planning capabilities.
