Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Financial Analyst to anchor the advisory engine of our finance and business consultancy firm. In the specialized landscape of Nigerian corporate finance, success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex financial modeling with the clinical precision required for Big 4-level Auditing, IFRS Compliance, and Odoo ERP Implementation. This role is designed for a "Success Architect" with 5 years of experience and an ICAN qualification who can blend "Audit Grit" (identifying discrepancies and internal control weaknesses) with the "Technical Agility" required to build predictive financial models.

Requirements:

1. Audit Orchestration & Compliance Governance

• Integrity Sovereignty: Conduct financial audits and substantive procedures with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Accuracy."

• Compliance Architecture: Assess and ensure adherence to relevant financial laws and standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for client risk mitigation.

• Control Stewardship: Evaluate internal control environments to identify weaknesses, ensuring the "Source of Operational Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

• Modelling Sovereignty: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, acting as the primary "Source of Decision Support."

• ERP Architecture: Lead the implementation of Odoo software and other ERP systems, providing the "Functional Foundation" for automated and accurate financial tracking.

• Data Stewardship: Analyze financial trends to identify risks and prepare comprehensive visualizations, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Intelligence."

3. Operational Integrity & Client Power

• Engagement Sovereignty: Collaborate with clients to gather information and address inquiries, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Guidance."

• Documentation Architecture: Maintain organized work papers and audit reports, providing the "Administrative Foundation" for quality assurance reviews.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5 years of Big 4-style expertise to resolve complex accounting irregularities in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Consultancy Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Certification: Must be ICAN Qualified (Non-negotiable).

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, including significant time in a reputable Audit Firm (Big 4 experience is highly preferred).

• Technical Mastery: Proven experience in ERP implementation, specifically with Odoo software.

• Attributes: Highest level of ethics, analytical rigor, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
