Job Description:
Identify and engage potential customers through networking, cold calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
Advise clients on products and services that best meet their needs, providing detailed information and recommendations.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
Provide after-sales support and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and strategy sessions.
Represent the company professionally at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Salary
