Job Description:
Cavista Technologies is seeking a seasoned and strategic Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that our business is well-coordinated, productive, and scalable by managing our end-to-end processes, facilities, resources, and people. This role requires a "big picture" thinker with the technical depth to oversee complex procurement, inventory, and facility management systems. Your mission is to deliver operational excellence by bridging the gap between high-level strategic goals and day-to-day execution.
Requirements:
1. Operational Systems & Strategic Planning
Process Excellence: Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems that provide real-time visibility into goals, progress, and blockers.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term operational plans and performance goals that align with Cavista’s global vision.
Metric Analysis: Plan and analyze key performance metrics to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks across all departments.
2. Procurement & Inventory Management
Strategic Sourcing: Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, transparent vendor engagement, and timely sourcing of critical goods and services.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory operations with precision, ensuring accurate tracking, proactive replenishment, and optimal stock levels to support a dynamic tech environment.
Vendor Diplomacy: Nurture and maintain high-value relationships with external partners and suppliers to support strategic operational activity.
3. Facility Management & Resource Optimization
Facility Oversight: Lead facility management operations to ensure a world-class, safe, and functional work environment that fosters innovation.
Productivity Solutions: Monitor operational performance and proactively recommend solutions for process improvement and resource optimization.
Team Leadership: Manage people and resources to ensure maximum productivity while upholding Cavista's high organizational standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (A Master’s Degree/MBA is highly preferred).
Proven Tenure: 7 – 10 years of progressive operational experience.
Industry Insight: Prior experience in the Technology or Healthcare sectors is a significant advantage.
Core Competencies
Functional Depth: In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions including finance, customer service, and team development.
Efficiency Focus: Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex processes for maximum productivity and minimal waste.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to anticipate operational needs and solve problems through effective communication and proactive planning.
Tech Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office tools and a high comfort level with operational management software and ERPs.
