We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Add new employee information and job details to our company database.
- Review resumes and applications to find good candidates for job openings.
- Schedule interviews with potential employees.
- Post job ads on job websites and social media.
- Take down job ads when positions are filled.
- Help collect information about salaries in the job market.
- Assist with planning company events.
- Send offer and rejection letters or emails to job candidates.
- Help with new employee orientations.
- Answer employee questions about HR policies and benefit
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or currently studying in that field.
- Past experience working in an office.
- Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
