Requirements:
1. Strategic Sales & Corporate Partnerships
Revenue Innovation: Identify and capture new revenue streams across our consulting and training arms, moving from lead generation to high-value closing.
Pipeline Management: Develop and manage rigorous sales pipelines, forecasting systems, and commercial offers (proposals/pitch decks) for corporate and institutional clients.
Relationship Upselling: Oversee client relationship management (CRM) to drive retention and identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
2. Digital Marketing & Performance Growth
Funnel Optimization: Oversee the digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, Email, Paid Ads) with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Content & Thought Leadership: Direct brand storytelling and PR initiatives to position Testify as a dominant authority in the Quality Assurance and Tech industry.
Lead Generation: Build scalable systems to drive qualified leads into the growth funnel across all digital platforms.
3. Data Analytics & Operational Systems
KPI Stewardship: Use data to build performance dashboards, providing leadership with clear insights into growth metrics and revenue performance.
System Scalability: Build and refine repeatable systems for sales and marketing that support sustainable, long-term business objectives.
Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the central point of collaboration between sales, marketing, and partnership teams to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Growth, Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing—preferably within Tech, SaaS, or Consulting.
Track Record: A demonstrable history of driving revenue and scaling business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and modern Analytics/Marketing platforms.
