Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR and Admin Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Lagos office. In the fast-paced and compliance-heavy Energy sector, the intersection of People and Infrastructure is critical. Your mission is to harmonize human capital strategy with flawless facility management.
You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle—from strategic recruitment to performance management—while simultaneously overseeing the complex logistics of office operations, vendor contracts, and executive support. If you are a seasoned administrator who can manage C-suite expectations while fostering a high-performance culture on the ground, we want you to lead our operations.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Human Capital Management
Talent Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end HR process, including targeted recruitment for specialized roles, structured onboarding, and professional offboarding.
Performance & Growth: Drive the performance management framework, utilizing appraisals and training programs to ensure the team’s skills evolve with industry demands.
Culture & Welfare: Foster a positive, values-driven organizational culture and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages that prioritize staff welfare.
2. Infrastructure & Facility Governance
Facility Excellence: Ensure the seamless daily operation of office facilities, including the direct oversight of housekeeping, security protocols, and preventative maintenance.
Supply Chain & Procurement: Manage the procurement lifecycle for office assets, from vendor selection and contract negotiation to timely payment processing.
Process Engineering: Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to improve operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.
3. Executive Logistics & Stakeholder Liaison
Global Mobility: Coordinate complex logistics, including international travel, visa processing, and work permits for expatriate staff and executives.
Executive Support: Support high-level meeting planning, executive schedules, and corporate hospitality, acting as a bridge between management and external stakeholders.
Compliance Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders on all HR and operational matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR and Office Administration.
Industry Context: Strong preference for candidates with a background in Oil & Gas, Energy, or related high-compliance sectors.
Stakeholder Management: Proven experience interfacing with and supporting C-suite executives.
