Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to serve as the primary strategic support to the CEO in Ikeja, Lagos. This is a mission-critical role designed for a professional who combines executive-level administration with strong Business Analysis and Accounting depth.
You will be the CEO’s "right hand," responsible for more than just scheduling; you will analyze business data, monitor financial priorities, and ensure that the CEO’s office operates with peak efficiency. If you are a disciplined leader who can translate complex data into actionable insights and manage high-pressure deliverables with poise, we want you in our executive suite.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Calendar & Priority Management
Priority Alignment: Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, ensuring that time is allocated to high-impact business priorities and strategic goals.
Leadership Liaison: Act as a gatekeeper and bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up on action items.
Multitasking Excellence: Organize and track high-level deliverables across various departments to ensure the CEO is always briefed and prepared.
2. Business & Data Analysis
Data-Driven Insights: Conduct rigorous business and data analysis to support the CEO’s decision-making process.
Financial Literacy: Utilize your accounting skills to review financial reports, track budgets, and ensure fiscal alignment within the executive office.
Reporting Architecture: Prepare high-level presentations, briefing notes, and analytical reports that summarize complex business performance metrics.
3. Executive Operations & Leadership
Office Governance: Lead the daily operations of the CEO's office, implementing systems that improve efficiency and organizational flow.
Tech-Savvy Productivity: Leverage modern digital tools and project management software to monitor project timelines and executive deliverables.
Discretion & Integrity: Manage highly confidential information with absolute professional integrity and sound judgment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: HND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite or Management-level executives.
Location: Strict Requirement: Applicants must reside within Ikeja or its immediate environment for proximity to the office.
Core Competencies
Analytical Prowess: Strong ability in Data Analysis and basic Accounting principles.
Tech Mastery: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and executive productivity tools.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead projects and manage stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to draft professional business correspondence and reports.
