Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract, select, and retain top-tier talent across all organizational levels.
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management systems, professional development programs, and career progression initiatives.
- Coordinate and implement training and development programs to enhance staff competencies and support organizational growth objectives.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitive positioning in the market and high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary proceedings in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner.
- Manage all administrative functions including office operations, facilities management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all workplace facilities and operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases for efficient reporting and strategic analysis.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR and administrative strategies with overall organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience within the real estate and hospitality industry is essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized institution.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIHRM, PHRI) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and administration roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
