Femaus Consults - Our client, a reputable Microfinance Bank located in Ibadan, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position of Head of Finance and Accounting

Job Description:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
• Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/CFO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required) with 5-10 years experience.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification (strongly preferred).
• MBA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting (preferred).
• Candidates must reside in Ibadan.
