We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques under supervision.
• Support in diagnosing technical issues and suggesting possible solutions.
• Assist senior engineers with the installation, servicing and maintenance of equipment.
• Carry out basic repairs, testing and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, parts used and service reports.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards at all times.
• Participate in training programs, workshops and on the job learning.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on training progress and areas of improvement.
• Assist in customer support and ensure a positive service experience.

Requirements:

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical engineering background or related field.
• Understanding of technical information and ability to apply information to satisfy customers' needs.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong interest in technical/engineering services.
• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical principles.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and take instructions.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn with a positive attitude.
