Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Front-End Engineer to bridge the gap between sophisticated design and technical execution. In this role, you will be the lead architect of our digital touchpoints, responsible for crafting robust, scalable, and visually stunning interfaces that define our users' experience.

Your mission is to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, high-performance web applications. You will work at the intersection of aesthetics and engineering—optimizing for speed, building reusable component libraries, and ensuring seamless responsiveness across all devices. Requirements:

1. Interface Engineering & Responsive Design

• Scalable Architecture: Design and develop robust front-end solutions that prioritize scalability and long-term maintainability.

• Fluid Responsiveness: Implement advanced CSS and layout principles to ensure applications perform flawlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop environments.

• Component Governance: Create and maintain a centralized library of reusable components and prototypes to accelerate development cycles and ensure design consistency.

2. Performance Optimization & Integration

• Speed & SEO: Optimize the front-end layer for maximum rendering speed, Core Web Vitals, and search engine effectiveness.

• Full-Stack Synergy: Collaborate with back-end engineers to ensure seamless API integration, assisting with debugging and complex troubleshooting.

• Technical Translation: Act as a bridge between UI/UX designers and product managers, turning high-fidelity mockups into functional, interactive code.

3. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Code Governance: Conduct rigorous code reviews to enforce coding standards, accessibility (WCAG) compliance, and brand guidelines.

• Iterative Enhancement: Continuously monitor application performance, identifying and fixing bugs while shipping new features that enhance the user journey.

• Lifecycle Management: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the entire web development lifecycle, from initial design sprints to final deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio of live applications.

• Tech Stack Mastery: * Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (SASS/LESS).

  • Solid experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
