Job Description:

• Learn and apply sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow client relationships.

• Promote FCMB’s products and services to meet the financial needs of customers.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.

• Work closely with sales teams and managers to achieve set targets.

• Gain exposure to different sales processes and customer engagement methods.

Requirements:

• Applicants must not be older than 28 years old.

• Minimum academic qualification of a Second Class Lower (2:2) degree or HND Upper Credit.

• Must possess an NYSC completion certificate or exemption certificate.

• Sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for sales and customer service.

• Self-driven, result-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
