Job Description:
We are seeking a sophisticated and high-performing Private Banking Executive to drive the growth of our affluent client portfolio. In this role, you will be the bridge between the bank’s high-level funding strategies and the personal financial goals of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of private banking—from aggressive prospecting and capital mobilization to the development of bespoke investment solutions. The ideal candidate is a polished professional with an existing network and the financial acumen to navigate the complex needs of professionals, SMEs, and associations.
Requirements:
1. Portfolio Growth & Capital Mobilization
Strategic Prospecting: Identify, target, and onboard High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate professionals, SMEs, and associations.
Funding Strategy: Mobilize low-cost and term deposits that align with the bank’s overarching liquidity and funding requirements.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed aggressive deposit mobilization and revenue generation targets through active market engagement.
2. Bespoke Financial Engineering
Tailored Solutions: Design and propose customized savings, investment, and financing packages that cater specifically to the wealth preservation and growth needs of affluent clients.
Advisory Services: Act as a financial advisor, helping clients navigate the bank's product suite to optimize their personal and business capital.
3. Relationship Management & Retention
Primary Liaison: Serve as the dedicated Relationship Manager for a portfolio of private banking clients, providing a single point of contact for all their financial needs.
Engagement & Loyalty: Foster long-term trust through exceptional service, regular portfolio reviews, and proactive communication.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the bank at high-level professional and social gatherings to expand the network of potential HNI leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Skills
Proven Tenure: Minimum of [X] years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Premium Retail Banking.
Market Access: A verifiable track record of managing a portfolio of HNI clients and mobilizing significant deposits.
Financial Literacy: Deep understanding of investment instruments, interest rate dynamics, and risk management.
