Job Description:

DreamCity Capital is seeking a heavyweight General Manager to serve as the operational and commercial pilot of our investment platform. This is a high-stakes leadership role requiring a finance veteran who can operate at the intersection of Fintech Innovation, Regulatory Governance, and Aggressive Market Penetration.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the platform's stability, the strategic structuring of investment offers, and the mobilization of capital through a high-performance sales engine. Your primary objective is to operationalize our SEC Approval-in-Principle, transforming regulatory compliance into a competitive advantage and driving DreamCity Capital to become a dominant force in the capital markets.

Requirements:

1. Platform Governance & Investment Structuring

• Technical Integrity: Oversee the DreamCity Capital platform’s reliability, collaborating with tech teams to implement rigorous testing and user-centric improvements.

• Offer Architecture: Lead the end-to-end creation and structuring of investment products, ensuring they are financially viable, attractive to investors, and aligned with current market dynamics.

• User Experience (UX) Optimization: Gather and act on investor feedback to ensure the digital investment journey is seamless and high-trust.

2. Regulatory Stewardship & SEC Liaison

• Compliance Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory bodies.

• Operationalizing Approval: Drive the transition from "Approval-in-Principle" to full operational status, ensuring all internal controls and reporting frameworks meet the highest capital market standards.

• Risk Management: Mitigate institutional risk by ensuring every offering and platform activity remains within the legal boundaries of fund management.

3. Commercial Strategy & Investor Relations

• Sales Command: Directly oversee the sale of all investment offerings, building and mentoring a high-performance sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets.

• Investor Community Growth: Cultivate robust, transparent relationships with institutional and retail investors to drive high retention and platform loyalty.

• Market Penetration: Partner with marketing teams to deploy data-driven campaigns, using analytics to monitor visibility and adjust strategies for maximum reach.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. (MSc or MBA is a distinct advantage).

• Industry Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Capital Markets.

• Regulatory Track Record: Demonstrable experience interfacing with the SEC and managing compliance for fund managers or investment platforms.

• Commercial Expertise: A proven track record of sales leadership and generating significant revenue in a target-driven environment.
