Job Description:

• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with Strivo Labs’ overall business and growth objectives

• Manage, monitor, and optimize fund portfolios across financial services, e-commerce, and technology-driven ventures

• Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and risk-return analysis to assess investment opportunities

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential investments, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships

• Track market trends, industry performance, and competitor activities to support data-driven investment decisions

• Ensure compliance with CBN, SEC, and other relevant financial regulatory frameworks and standards

• Prepare and deliver regular investment reports, portfolio reviews, and insights to executive leadership

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders

• Collaborate with Finance, Risk & Compliance, and Business Development teams to align capital allocation with long-term business goals

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and portfolio management strategies

• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and risk management techniques

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships

• High ethical standards, integrity, and the ability to make sound, data-driven investment decisions under pressure

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
• Professional certification such as CFA, ACCA, ACA, or CIS is highly desirable.
• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in investment or fund management, preferably in financial services or e-commerce.
