We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Health Record Officer / Front Desk is responsible for managing patient records, ensuring proper documentation, and providing efficient front desk services.
  • The role involves welcoming patients, maintaining accurate health information, and supporting smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and update patient records in the system.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient files.
  • Welcome and direct patients to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Handle inquiries, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
  • Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Health Information Management, Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital record systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
