Job Description:
- The Health Record Officer / Front Desk is responsible for managing patient records, ensuring proper documentation, and providing efficient front desk services.
- The role involves welcoming patients, maintaining accurate health information, and supporting smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and update patient records in the system.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient files.
- Welcome and direct patients to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Handle inquiries, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Health Information Management, Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital record systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
