We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking a smart, confident, and organized Office Administrator (preferably female) to manage the smooth operation of our office and administrative functions.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the solar or technical services industry.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for management
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters) professionally
- Assist with sales and client inquiries, including coordinating installations Support financial and administrative reporting
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure the office environment is organized and professional.
Requirements:
- HND or BSc in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration
- Experience in solar/technical services industry is a plus Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Smart, confident, and professional appearance.
Salary
