Job Description:
We are seeking a Front Desk Associate who is much more than a receptionist—you are the "Face of the Brand" and the architect of our client’s daily wellness experience. This role is a unique hybrid of Luxury Hospitality, Sales, and Studio Operations.
Your mission is to ensure every client transition is seamless, from their initial warm welcome to the final check-out. You will manage high-frequency bookings, drive merchandise sales, and ensure our studio maintains the "Five-Star" aesthetic our clients expect. Requirements:
1. Luxury Client Hospitality & Booking Excellence
The First Impression: Deliver a warm, professional welcome and check-in experience, ensuring all clients (especially newcomers) feel guided and valued.
Logistics Mastery: Expertly manage the digital booking ecosystem, including cancellations, waitlist movements, and package purchases, ensuring zero scheduling conflicts.
Tech Stewardship: Utilize our studio management and booking software with speed and precision to handle high-volume member requests.
2. Financial Integrity & Boutique Sales
Zero-Error Transactions: Process payments and issue receipts with full accuracy, performing daily reconciliations to ensure the POS system and physical records are perfectly aligned.
Retail Activation: Actively promote and sell premium merchandise (apparel, grip socks, and accessories), using product knowledge to drive incremental revenue.
Inventory Control: Track retail inventory levels and maintain attractive, high-end merchandise displays that encourage impulse purchases.
3. Studio Governance & Aesthetics
Visual Standards: Maintain a pristine reception area and common spaces, ensuring the studio consistently meets our strict hygiene and luxury organization standards.
Operational Reliability: Show up with absolute punctuality and reliability, ensuring the studio is "stage-ready" for the first client of the day.
Integrity & Security: Handle sensitive member data and financial transactions with the highest level of trustworthiness and professional discretion.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in Hospitality, Fitness, Boutique Retail, or Front-of-House roles.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in POS systems and booking software. Familiarity with port/terminal operations is a unique advantage.
Core Competencies
Communication: Well-spoken, articulate, and able to engage naturally with a high-end clientele.
Personal Presentation: Professionally groomed, fit, and health-conscious, embodying the brand’s wellness values.
