Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and passionate Front Desk & Administrative Officer to join our team in Ajah. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will serve as the "face" of our organization while acting as the administrative backbone of our daily operations. This role is perfect for a professional who balances a welcoming, customer-focused attitude with the discipline required to manage complex office logistics and records.

The ideal candidate is a local resident of the Ajah axis who can maintain a professional office environment while ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed with precision.

Requirements:

Front-of-House Excellence

  • First Impression: Greet and serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Communication Management: Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, emails, and all physical office correspondence.

  • Inquiry Handling: Provide accurate information to clients and redirect inquiries to the appropriate departments as necessary.

Administrative Support & Logistics

  • Records Management: Support core administrative processes by maintaining accurate, up-to-date physical and digital records.

  • Office Coordination: Manage office logistics, including the scheduling of meetings, boardroom bookings, and the procurement of office supplies.

  • Internal Liaison: Assist various departments with documentation, filing, and general administrative tasks to ensure operational flow.

Environment & Quality Control

  • Office Presentation: Ensure the front desk and reception area are consistently clean, organized, and reflective of the company’s professional standards.

  • Logistics Support: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure office facilities are functioning optimally.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, or Administrative role.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of professional etiquette.

  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
