Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our finance team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor key financial metrics, trends, and variances.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
- Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget alignment.
- Improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
- Conduct profitability and cost analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your line Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIMA) is a plus.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
