Job Description:
- Finance Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, receipts, and ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
- Support budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Process payments, staff reimbursements, vendor invoices, and petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
- Administrative Duties
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and procurement.
- Maintain staff records, attendance, and administrative files.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and field activities.
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding documentation and staff communication.
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or administrative management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and bookkeeping tools (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in media, NGO, or project-based environments is an added advantage.
