Job Description:

  • Finance Duties
    • Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, receipts, and ledgers.
    • Prepare monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
    • Support budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
    • Process payments, staff reimbursements, vendor invoices, and petty cash.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.

 

  • Administrative Duties
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations and procurement.
    • Maintain staff records, attendance, and administrative files.
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and field activities.
    • Support HR tasks such as onboarding documentation and staff communication.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or administrative management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and bookkeeping tools (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in media, NGO, or project-based environments is an added advantage.
