Job Description:
We are seeking a highly capable and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to our Managing Director. Operating within the demanding energy and infrastructure sector, this role is designed for a professional who acts as a true "business partner" to leadership. You will ensure the MD’s office runs with precision, managing complex priorities and safeguarding the strategic flow of information in a high-stakes environment.
Requirements:
Executive Operations: Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and daily priorities. You will be the central coordinator for all internal and external meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and rigorous tracking of action items.
Strategic Business Support: Assist in the production of board papers, management reports, and investor presentations. You will conduct research and compile data to provide the MD with the insights needed for informed decision-making.
Liaison & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and critical stakeholders, including regulators, investors, partners, and consultants.
Communication Mastery: Screen and prioritize correspondence. You will draft professional reports, letters, and business communications that reflect the executive standard of the MD's office.
Operational Logistics: Manage all travel arrangements, visa processing, and event coordination, ensuring seamless itineraries for the MD.
Governance & Confidentiality: Maintain absolute discretion with sensitive information and ensure all activities remain in strict compliance with corporate governance and documentation standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (inclusive of NYSC or structured internships).
Technical Skills:
Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel mastery is highly valued).
Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a significant advantage.
