Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our Managing Director. Operating within the dynamic and fast-paced real estate sector, this role is designed for a professional who acts as a true "right hand" to leadership. You will be expected to manage complex priorities, safeguard confidential information, and ensure the MD’s office operates with peak efficiency and professionalism.
Requirements:
Executive Operations: Manage the MD’s calendar, prioritize daily tasks, and act as the primary liaison between the MD and all internal/external stakeholders.
Meeting & Communication Management: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document action points, and screen high-level communications to ensure the MD’s focus remains on strategic goals.
Decision Support: Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, and data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
Project Stewardship: Track key organizational projects and follow up on cross-departmental deliverables to ensure timelines are met.
Logistical Oversight: Manage all travel, event planning, and logistics with precision and foresight.
Confidentiality: Maintain absolute discretion in handling sensitive business information and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Direct experience supporting C-level executives is a significant advantage.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is highly preferred.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs before they become issues.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Communication: Mastery of business writing and presentation creation.

Preferred Background: Experience within the real estate sector or high-growth startup environments will be viewed favorably.
