We are seeking a high-energy, analytical Social Media Executive & CRM Officer to lead our digital engagement engine. In today’s market, social media is where conversations start, and CRM is where relationships are built. This role is designed for a professional who can blend creative storytelling with data-driven precision.
Your mission is to manage the full customer lifecycle—from capturing attention on social platforms to nurturing long-term brand loyalty through sophisticated CRM strategies. You will move seamlessly between creating viral-ready content and analyzing complex customer data sets to drive retention. Requirements:
1. Social Strategy & Community Orchestration
Omni-Channel Management: Develop and deploy platform-specific strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok to maximize reach and brand authority.
Content Excellence: Create engaging multimedia content (text, image, video) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Engagement & Listening: Manage real-time interactions—responding to comments and mentions with a professional and helpful tone to humanize the brand.
2. CRM Architecture & Lifecycle Marketing
Database Stewardship: Maintain and optimize the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), ensuring data integrity and actionable customer insights.
Smart Segmentation: Analyze customer behavior to segment audiences, ensuring the right message reaches the right person at the optimal time.
Journey Design: Design and execute automated email marketing campaigns and "customer journeys" that move leads through the sales funnel toward retention.
3. Data Intelligence & Performance Growth
Forensic Analytics: Monitor social and CRM metrics to identify trends, reporting on ROI and engagement outcomes to senior leadership.
Collaborative Synergy: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Design, and Customer Service teams to ensure a frictionless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends, proposing new initiatives such as paid social advertising, loyalty programs, or interactive contests.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media management and CRM systems.
Tech Mastery: Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/Salesforce, and Hootsuite.
Creative IQ: Strong visual storytelling skills with a basic grasp of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
