Job Description:

Mopheth is seeking a versatile and creative Digital Marketer to lead the online presence of our diverse brand portfolio. From the essential services of our Pharmacy and Supermarket to the high-end appeal of our Wellness and Luxury Retail lines, your mission is to ensure each brand maintains a dominant and premium position in the digital marketplace.

You will be the architect of our digital storefronts, responsible for everything from high-fidelity content creation (photo/video) to technical e-commerce management and website governance. If you have 2–4 years of experience and the ability to tailor marketing strategies for both everyday essentials and luxury goods, we invite you to drive our digital transformation.

Requirements:

1. High-Fidelity Content & Luxury Positioning

• Visual Storytelling: Capture and edit high-quality photography and videography for product launches and brand campaigns across our Pharmacy, F&B, and Luxury sectors.

• Premium Branding: Execute digital strategies specifically tailored for luxury product lines, ensuring a sophisticated brand aesthetic that resonates with high-net-worth audiences.

• Production Synergy: Collaborate with internal teams to lead product shoots, ensuring all visual assets are "campaign-ready."

2. E-Commerce & Website Governance

• Storefront Management: Oversee our e-commerce platforms, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of product uploads, SEO-optimized descriptions, and dynamic pricing strategies.

• Web Maintenance: Act as the primary gatekeeper for our website, updating banners, managing product listings, and curating engaging blog content via CMS (WordPress/Shopify).

• Online Sales Optimization: Design and implement digital promotions that drive traffic to our e-commerce channels and increase basket size.

3. Performance Marketing & Community Engagement

• Paid Media Execution: Develop, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to maximize ROI and brand reach.

• Community Management: Oversee all social media channels, maintaining a professional and responsive presence that addresses customer inquiries in real-time.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate weekly and monthly reports, providing data-driven insights to the leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a heavy emphasis on content creation.

• Technical IQ: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and CMS (WordPress/Shopify); basic website management skills are essential.

• Creative Suite: Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.

Core Competencies

• Strategic Versatility: The ability to pivot between different brand voices (e.g., from "Health & Safety" in Pharmacy to "Elite Lifestyle" in Luxury).

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for high-stakes copywriting and customer interaction.
