Job Description:
- Work closely with the CEO to implement business strategies and follow up on key deliverables.
- Manage projects, contracts, and operational tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate meetings, track progress, and ensure execution of agreed actions.
- Handle communication, documentation, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure alignment and progress.
- Support the CEO in day-to-day administrative and operational duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- Must be sharp, smart, and able to think critically and act quickly.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be proactive, reliable, and execution-focused.
- Willingness to work on-site with the CEO during the first month before transitioning to hybrid work.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
Salary
