Job Description:

  • Work closely with the CEO to implement business strategies and follow up on key deliverables.
  • Manage projects, contracts, and operational tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate meetings, track progress, and ensure execution of agreed actions.
  • Handle communication, documentation, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Support the CEO in day-to-day administrative and operational duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • Must be sharp, smart, and able to think critically and act quickly.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and execution-focused.
  • Willingness to work on-site with the CEO during the first month before transitioning to hybrid work.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 (Net) / Month.
