Job Description:
- The Marketing Lead at PicckR will spearhead branding, marketing, and positioning strategies to enhance visibility, drive customer acquisition, and establish PicckR’s presence in the market.
- This role owns all marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and impact across campaigns, content, and ads. Leading a team of creatives and performance marketers, the Marketing Lead will align efforts with business goals to fuel growth.
- The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and highly creative, with strong leadership and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning;
- Develop and refine PicckR’s marketing strategy to align with business goals.
- Define brand messaging, identity, and differentiation in the logistics space.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize positioning.
- Content, Advertising & Creative Management;
- Oversee content creation across social media, website, email, and ads.
- Ensure all content, posts, and ads meet brand guidelines before publishing.
- Run multi-channel campaigns including SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing.
- Optimize ad performance and ROI through data-driven strategies.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and manage creatives, social media managers, and content marketers.
- Provide strategic direction, feedback, and execution oversight.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and sales teams.
- Performance Tracking & Growth Optimization:
- Track brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and acquisition costs.
- Use data analytics tools to measure and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on insights and trends.
Community Engagement & Customer Activation:
- Develop referral programs, word-of-mouth strategies, and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure strong engagement across social media, email, and other channels.
Partnerships, Events & Growth Initiatives:
- Identify and secure strategic business, influencer, and corporate partnerships.
- Plan brand activations, sponsorships, and offline marketing campaigns
