Zeus Microfinance Bank is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to carry on the business of providing financial services such as savings and deposits, loans, domestic funds transfer and non-financial services to microfinance clients in Abuja and environs.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Develop and implement the bank’s e-business strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives and growth targets.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital banking products and services, including internet and mobile banking, digital payments, and agency banking solutions.
- Manage and oversee project implementation within budget and set time frames.
- Develop new products and solutions in line with corporate objectives.
- Manage relationships with third party service providers.
- Implements and monitor service level agreements.
- Keep abreast of latest technology and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and delivery of e-business solutions.
- Ensure the alignment of IT strategies with the long- and short-term business goals.
- Monitor the performance of digital channels and identify opportunities to drive customer adoption, usage, and satisfaction.
- Provide user support, including timely reconciliation and resolution of disputes.
- Forge strategic partnerships with fintechs, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the bank’s digital ecosystem and offerings.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital banking trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to digital banking and e-business activities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the e-business team to deliver on performance targets and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Also lead the e-Business advocacy across MaestroMFB and beyond.
- Drive product utilization and performance across all channels.
- Manage e-Business channels and achieve optimal customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSc/ HND in Business Administration, Information Technology, Banking & Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5years of experience in digital banking, e-business, or digital financial services, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital banking technologies, customer behavior, and the regulatory environment in the microfinance or banking sector.
- Proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering customer-centric digital solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
